Assessment & Initial Consultation
An initial assessment is required at Rising Stars to determine your child’s needs in different areas which is depending on their age and developmental.
Review Assessment
After 3-4 months we do Review Assessment for children who have participated in therapy to assist in gauging progress, determining needs for future therapy sessions as well.
Consultation
Rising Stars can develop sensory motor programs for your kids to meet the specific needs of the children in that environment.
OUR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES TYPICALLY INCLUDE:
An individualized evaluation, during which the client/family and occupational therapist determine the person’s goals, Customized intervention to improve the person’s ability to perform daily activities and reach the goals, and an outcomes evaluation to ensure that the goals are being met and/or make changes to the intervention plan.
